Erase your Past: Begin Your Life

For many years I asked people to rewrite their pasts, instead of report their pasts, as being stuck in reality. Because all aspects of reality are in motion everything is being constantly changed. We know that prayers about bodies of water miles away have proven to change the molecular structure of the water. Like wise, what we pray or intend into the past, by our view points, is shaping the past. This is because the past exists in consciousness which is the beginning of the future which is existing as consciousness of the present now. People that rewrote their pasts reported these positive experiences among others: 1) Change of career 2) Change of mood 3) Change of fulfillment 4) Change in relating to others 5) Change in desire to serve that which may serve global peace People who insisted that pasts were stagnant as they perceived found that their personal histories repeated themselves.

As a psychotherapist I found that people who rewrote their pasts to their delight began to live in delightful presents. People who described (which is, in a way,to write) their pasts as set plays they did not co-create began to experience life in the present as unpleasant and jail-like. If there is a past where is it? If there is a future where is it. And the most valuable question: if there is a present where is it? Are we sure?

Focus on what you feel is happening and watch it change. What you perceive as reality begins with a thought and exists as a feeling in your body. When you give 100% focus to the feeling it becomes a sensation. When you relaize the sensation is only energy. it dissolves. What you thought to be true erases itself. Sooner or later, as you continue this practice, you will find you are empty of anything. In this emptiness, creation may spin love, peace and joy through you in new ways of devotion and inspiration. Love is creator, creation, created and the motion of all existence.
